PXI-1033 Express PCI

I switched my laptop recently to Lenovo ThinkPad and since then the new laptop does not recognizes the NI PXI-1033. 

The chassis two LEDs are green, I have installed the BIOS compatibility configuration software and the mode is set to ON, and all of the software and drivers are up-to-date. But still the Device Manager is marking the PCI-to-PCI bridge with yellow exclamation mark, with the error code of 31. The detail of my system and the problem is captured in the following image. I will appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

This other forum post seemed to have a similar issue.  There wasn't a solution, but there were some good troubleshooting steps thrown out and one of them might be a solution for you.

Finally, since this is a laptop, are you using a PCIe slot or a ExpressCard slot?
