My PXI-1052 Chassis is not getting detected in Traditional DAQ?

Dear all,

I am using PXI-1052 combination chassis.

I am able to configure the SCXI modules in DAQmx.

But the same thing i am trying to do with Traditional DAQ i am unable to get the PXI-1052 Chassis in the list.

I am using Traditional DAQ 7.2 Driver.

I tried with Traditional DAQ 7.4 also.

Can i configure the PXI-1052 Chassis in Traditional DAQ????

Hi Preetam,

The NI PXI-1052 chassis can be configured in Traditional DAQ by choosing its predecessor, the NI PXI-1011. Once selected, follow the standard process of selecting the SCXI boards that you have installed. When configuring the PXI-1052 as the PXI-1011 in MAX, you need to configure it as both the SCXI chassis and PXI system.

The PXI-1052 was released after the Traditional NI-DAQ version 6.9.3. This is why when you use the chassis with Traditional NI-DAQ, you will need to identify it in MAX as a PXI-1011. Please refer to this knowledge base.
