MAX does not detect DAQ boards in PXI

Has anyone had any experience with DAQ in PXI not showing up in MAX?

We have a customer that has six PXI with the same configuration using DAQmx 7.4 and LabVIEW Real-Time 7.1.  For some reason last night, they stated having problems with the data acquisition on one of the PXIs  the other five are working fine.  When trying to run a test pannel in MAX, nothing is showing up under Devices and Interfaces.

I had them move the switch over to the NOAPP position, reboot and even reinstall the software on the RT controller (PXI-8145).  Still nothing shows up under Devices and Interfaces.  The status of the controller is showing "Connected - Running".

Any advice?

Hey,
Didn't see that post, two suggestions that I have
1. Upgrade it to DAQmx 8.5
2. Rename the Data folder in MAX folder; rebbot your computer and open MAX again.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks
Nikhil A.

I did not have to upgrade to get it working.  Just had to format the compact flash card and reinstall the software.  Now it works.  Maybe something got corrupt.  I just wanted to throw the message out there in case anyone else had experienced the same problem.
