How to boot PXI controller using VxWorks

Kindly let me know the following in PXI

1. How to boot PXI controller thru floppy/any bootable device using VxWorks 5.4 ?
    Whether a manufacturer BSP is required prior to building the VxWorks image ?

2. How  PXI-8421 comport base address can be obtained ?

Hello,

Which floppy controller do you have?  For the controller you can change the bios boot order to boot from the floppy or USB before the Hard Drive in order to boot from those devices.  Also do you currently have VxWorks on the controller and what version is currently on there or what Operating system if any?
