Generate sinusoid motion of stepper motor

Dear all,

I am trying to control a stepper motor with predefined trajectory (position, velocity and acceleration). I have tried to use the counter, but it seems too slow.
Does anyone have the solution for my problem? I am trying to get 100 Hz. I am using PXI-7358 motion controller, LabView RT 8.5
