Hi, I'm now using PXIe5644R.
I got a question here:
If my computer do not connect to the device, can I use virtual device to design the program?
If can, where can I download the file?
I downloaded 5644R driver already, but I still cannot "new -> target or device" in my project.
Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks.

What version of NI-RIO did you install? Did you install it after installing LabVIEW? Did you reboot your computer?

You should install the "Instrument Design Libriaries" according to your labivew version to get access to the FPGA API for 5644R
And obtain the VST FPGA target from the streaming project.
If you only want to develop the code by virtual device, you can new aribitrary FPGA target and in the end move the VI to the VST FPGA target in the streaming project
download link for instance
