Error: AWG not assigned.

We are using NI-PXIe-1075, Signal Generator module NI PXI 5652. We are encountering a problem regarding the modules. It says that one of the modules is not being recognized by LabVIEW (AWG name missing/not recognized). But we checked the hardware module and it is properly inserted in the PXI. Do you know any other causes for this error? Thank you.

Does the device show up at all in NI MAX (possibly under an unrecognizable ID)?  If so, when you run a self test on the module in NI MAX what does it return?  If you switch slots does the same behavior occur?
