DMM PXI-4072 self test failure

Hi All,

 

I have a problem running self test on PXI-4072 - it fails with status code -200020. All other modules in the system perform the self test successfully. 

The screenshot of the system attached.

What can be the reason for failure? 

How do I find the meaning of the status code?
