Chassis incorrectly identified, can't change it

Hello, I bought a case pxi-1031dc and set it pxi-8176 controller, it does not work on the Case, the monitor signal is not present, the workers tried many controllers, only one controller 8156 it works fine. I do not quite understand the problem in the case or something else? Because many with this briefcase and work with controllers pxi-8176.

Regarding your problem, have you tried the following troubleshooting steps?

- switching on/off

- removing the controller and re seating it

- tried with nothing else connected in the chassis

- tried with a different plug

- check fuses or circuit breaker on chassis and any other power supply

- try different controller in the same chassis (if possible)

- try controller in different chassis (if possible)
