Cannot install .Net Framework 2.0 in PXIe-8101

Good day,

 

I was trying to install .Net Framework 2.0 (and tried on 4.0 also) on this new PXIe-8101 but it was always a failure. It will always ended up either error on writing to certain folder or registry or giving message "low in resources". I have scan the HDD without error and I have 75% of available memory during installation.

 

I do observe one common phenomenon that whenever I am running program installation, I will not be able to perform other task such as accessing properties in My Computer. It will always return message saying that "there is not enough resources to run regsvr32.dll" or "there is not enough resource".

 

Does anyone has this experience before? Is this CPU too low in specification and cannot support the above tasks?
