6682 IRIG-B

I am attempting to utilize a 6682 to decode IRIG-B (AM or DC, i have both) and the 6682 seems to not respond in any way to a IRIG-B AM or DC signal. 

Currently, I am using the Test Panel under MAX to select time reference and it seems the only selection that has any effect is the Free Running selection.

Its possible that my IRIG-B signal could be flawed but it looks fairly nominal when viewing with a scope. 🙂
