[1078 chassis - 8840quadcore] can not operate windown7

Dear, 

I have problem in operating windown on HIL.

My PXI HIL includes PXIe 1078 chassis and 8840quadcore, …

But when I power on, the screen is shown like this.

Does anyone can help me to access to window 7 directly?
