I apologize for the late response.

I have checked your solution but I am not sure how it would synchronize my acquisition loop with the timestamping .

Could you please elaborate . An application using the NI Time Sync FPGA Timekeeper would be also helpful.

I am currentlyy doing timestamping in the following way.

1:Use 'Synchronize to GPS - cRIO' in the top FPGA VI.

2:I am using the 'Get time.VI' using a sequence structure. I am not sure where to fit this in the 'User Controlled I/O Sampling' architecture.

Further help would be appreciated.
