 have a servo pack MODEL YASKAWA SGDH-30DE with a motor.

The encoder module got spoiled.

Now I want to run the motor with contact input speed control.

With the manual supplied I cannot switch the controller to contact input speed mode.

Whenever I switch the controller it keeps on giving error message pertaining
to missing module.

Anybody familier with YASKAWA please Help!

This is the NI Week forum.

It is very unlikely that someone would be able within this forum.

As it was suggested in the previous post, it may be best to contact the customer support from the manufacturer.

Sir,

I tried to contact the customer service

They neither told yes or No

Just send me the Link for the manual

Manual says this option is there but no detailed hard wiring diagrams

Who are you asking to send you a link to the manual?

As you were told, you need to contact Yaskawa.  If you weren't happy with the response from them, then try again.

NI isn't going to have their manual.  Most of the people who post and respond to messages in the NI discussion forums are volunteers.  They aren't going to have a link to the manual unless you are lucky and someone has worked with it before. And if there is someone who has, the chances of them seeing this message thread is very low because you didn't post your message in the correct message board.
