GPIB-USB-HS

I was trying to install a GPIB-USB-HS onto a Windows 7 computer when the blue screen popped up, making me reboot my computer. I saw a disscusion on the same topic on here, but it was for Windows XPe. I was wondering what I can do to install the GPIB-USB-HS and not get the blue screen.
