Zero values become 3.31965E+54 when deployed to PXI

Hi All

 

I have a Simulink model which i am deploying in Veristand 2015, the outport channel is a 2D Array.  When the model is deployed locally (Windows localhost), output is as required (identical to simulink output), however when I depoly to a NI PXIe-8133 (PharLap), all zero values become 3.31965E+54, no zero values are not affected.

 

Any guidance would be appreciated.
