Error -124102 during action on download

I am using action on download to put some files on RT Target. When I use reference from action on download, every action results in Error -124102. Refrence seems to be valid, when I cast it to I16, the value is 1.

However if I open session manually (with IP and admin username), using open session, everything is working correctly, i am using same paths etc. The reference value of manually opened session is 2.

Has anyone got it working?

it is solved already, i was using /files/ prefix with relative paths. Without that prefix, all functions works correctly.

Error -124102 is also occurred if the path in the target  is not exist.
