I'm trying to get the Embedded Logger Add-On functioning but every time I deploy it, I get the Software Update box shown in the screen shot.  Choosing Update doesn't seem to place it on the Target.  Is there another way to get it on to the target?

Hello Jay,

I think this is just an issue with the display of the Embedded logger. Can you ftp to your device then look in the ni-rt/VeriStand/CustomDevices folder to see if it is there.

It will appear as it is not there everytime you deploy, but when I check to see if the engine is under the RT Custom Device Folder on the RT system it appears.

Yes, it seems to be there and it is leaving log files on the RT system.  So, it appears to be working.  Thanks.
