3rd party usb daq card with labview+veristand

Hello all,

I have a dt9837a usb card. (http://www.datatranslation.com/products/dataacquisition/usb/DT9837/)

I can use this card in labview with LV-Link library.

I want create a GUI for real time customizable monitoring with veristand for this card.

Is this possible?

How can i do it?

It seems like your link is broken. In general though, when you want to add functionality to VeriStand that is not included with the product you will have to create a custom device. This white paper talks about the basics of custom devices.  On of the best resources for the custom device development is the VeriStand Help. I would caution you though. Creating custom devices takes a fair amount of LabVIEW and VeriStand knowledge. It is not a trivial undertaking. Many users will contact NI Alliance Partners about custom device development if they are not comfortable with doing it themselves.

You right custom device seems hard. But i think its will be a good experience for me.
