When I log in w/ a domain account everything works fine, but when I use a local account, I get teh error attached. All privs are the same on both accounts.

There are two possibilities come to mind:

1. The paths are different for the two users.  Does the vi depend on something it can find as one user but not as the other?  Perhaps there is a file in one of the user's home directories that is not in the other's?
2. Priviledges may be the same, but ownership may be different.  Is it possible that users that have similar priviledges cannot do things with each other's files.

Are you talking about logging into the machine with different users or TestStand as different users?

Look at the path for the VI throwing the error.  It is in the user folder.

That's a huge red flag that your search directories are off.
