show a statusbar simultaneously with the test

Hello,

i have wrote a long test sequence with teststand 3.0. For speed up this sequence i have turned of enable tracing. Now the user can`t see if the test hang´s.
Is it possible to show an statusbar simultaneously with the test in the testexec?

Hi,

You could do it s few ways;

1) Make use of the Progress and Status on the Status Bar of the SeqEditer/Operator Interface. There is an example provided in the Examples folder of your TestStand under DisplayProgressAndStatus.

2) Provide a splash screen in your test which you display at the beginning of your test and remove it on completion but before you return back to Teststand.
