error code -17702 when debugging a dll from teststand

I want to debug a  *.dll which I have generated with LabWindows CVI with teststand. when I step then through the code of the *.dll and I return back into teststand the following error meassage occurde:

Details: Lost ActiveX connection to CVI. The CVI adapter will attempt to reconnect on next execution.

Error-Code: -17702; An error occurred accessing the CVI ActiveX automation server.

what is the problem?

Ray,

I hope I have added all dlls.

another problem is, that I can't debug a Labwindows  "action" code module. I only can debug a Pass/fail test with lab windows adapter. so I use at the moment a pass fail step
