delete subproperty forever

Hello

I'm trying to delete all parameters of a sequence in run time within LabVIEW using the TS API method DeleteNthSubProperty with index=-1. It deletes all the parameters, but they are away forever... Is it possible to do it only in run-time? After the execution I would like to have the original parameters.
