adding pictures to reports

I want to add a company logo to the XML style sheet, i.e. adding a jpg file to the report header, how can this be done?

There an example in the User Manual Chapter 10-12 Adding to a Report Using Callbacks. The example adds a logo.

iam using the expand style sheet, now saved as my own style sheet, but i've managed to do it editting the xsl code with a bit of HTML in the right place.

I now get the logo i want in my report.

Another query!!!!

The exeution time in the report comes up in seconds, is it possible to change this to mintues??
