View PreConditions

I have TestStand 3.0, running on a 8186 controller and Win2K.  (1)  My sequence file has steps in some cases that have over 80 preconditions.  When I hover over the step I only see has many conditions as my screen height is.  (2) When setting PreConditions, I can only see about 8 of them at any given time.  How do I see them all in any other the two previous cases?
