User management is ineffective

Hi,

I am just learning user management from NI Teststand manual.  As per my understanding, when I create a user with operator group, the user should be prevented from quite of the things, viz

• Unable to save the sequence
• Unable to change the report options
• Unable to give breakpoint etc..,

But, I don't see any such prevention happeneing when I login with that operator level user.  Am I missing something?  Please clarify.

I'm  using TestStand 2014 SP1.

Configure>>Station Options.  Click on the User Manager tab and make sure the Check User Privileges is checked.
