Hi,
Apart from the above problem mentioned, I could delete a user account when I am currently logged into that account.
ie. If I am logged in as "Dev1" for example, in the User manager TS allows me to delete the account "Dev1" !!!!
If I logout and login again, this account is not present.
Please check this bug also.
