Teststand Development hangs on execution

Hello,
I'm using Teststand 2014(32-bit). I've been trying to deploy my test system. The Deployment Utility was working fine until recently. Now it opens but doesnt finish loading. I've tried reinstalling it but the probably still persists.
Any ideas on whats going wrong?

Loading what? Your Build Script? Or is the tool not coming up correctly?

The tool is not coming up correctly. The application opens but I only get a loading cursor so can't click on anything.

You don't open it by opening a Build Script file from Explorer, don't you?
If you do, please try opening the tool from either the Start Menu or from the SeqEdit Tools menu.

I've tried opening from the Start Menu and Tools menu but same result.

You said you tried "reinstallation". Did you refer to a "repair install"?
Also, you can try to run the NI TestStand Version Selector tool and activate your TS installation again.
Another thing is to run a HD check to make sure that there are no faults on your hardware making Windows to stuck during load processes.

Fixed. I had tried the repair installed option on TestStand and it didnt work but I then used it on the Teststand Run-Time Engine which has fixed the deploymment utility. I think the problem was I accidentally ran an installer for my test system that had the Teststand Run-time Engine included.
