Teststand 2012 Sequence Editor: Editing Additional Results Extremely Slow

Hi All,

Teststand 2012.

When using Sequence Editor and working in Additional Results in the Properties tab of any step, Teststand slows down my computer a lot (as in 1fps slow). It gets worse as the number of results increase. It seems like something is doing on-the-fly analysis while in that particular page.

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

This feels like a search directory issue.  Check out the Search Directory section of this paper:

Jigg, I tried disabling all directory searches and it is still happening.

After closer inspection, it's not my computer that slows down, but Sequence Editor itself. My mouse moves fine and other programs run fine, but Sequence Editor lags like crazy when Additional Results is showing.

That is very odd.  Maybe try shutting it down and running the version selector?  This should activate the right activex components.  If that doesn't work then maybe try re-installing TestStand.  I hate to say that but it seems like something isn't installed correctly.
