At this point it is very hard for us to follow up using the forums because we don't have enough information in order to really correct the issue, since we are not able to reproduce this on our machines. Because of this I would ask you to call NI support and create a support ticket. Having this request will allow us to better keep track of this issue.
Also, did you have a chance to test whether the deployment works correctly when done purely in LabVIEW or not?

Hi Francisco,
No problems when using LabVIEW alone, only with TestStand. I will contact NI support next.
