The problem here is that the CVI Run-Time Engine has a race condition. It tends to appear more often with hyperthreading enabled, but the race condition still exists even without it. It also seems to happen more often when CVI Panels are displayed in code modules. R&D hopes to have this issue resolved with the next release of the CVI Run-Time engine.
