Are you having problems with any other VIs or code modules, or just this one? I've tried your VI in TS 3.1/LV 7.1 and TS 3.5/LV 8.0 and receive no such error. Is there anything else happening in your sequence? How is your LV Adapter setup (running through the environment or the Run-Time Engine)?
