TS 2014 64 bit Results.TS.starttime

I run teststand 2014 64 Bit.
The starttime shift to the future, as longer teststand is opened.

The behavior is different to previous teststand versions.

Therefore maybe the teststand engine never close?

Bug or feature?

It should shift into the future because it is the start time timestamp (based on the number of seconds since the engine started up) reflecting when that step started running. In what way is the behavior different from previous verisons of TestStand? I tried both in TestStand 2010 and TestStand 2014 and did not see any difference.
