National Instruments recently released 2 sets of patches for NI TestStand that we want our users to be aware of.
The first set of patches address an issue where numeric values with specific ranges may be incorrectly logged to a database when using the new TestStand 4.1 database schemas. Individual patches have been created for TestStand 4.1, 4.1.1, 4.2, and 4.2.1. To learn more about this issue and gain access to the patches, please visit the following KnowledgeBase Article:
The second set of patches address compatibility issues between TestStand and LabVIEW 2010. Individual patches have been created for TestStand 4.0.1f1, 4.1, 4.1.1, 4.2, and 4.2.1. To learn more about this issue and gain access to the patches, please visit the following KnowledgeBase Article:

National Instruments would like to inform you that we have released an f1 patch for TestStand 2010.
The TestStand 2010 f1 Patch fixes multiple critical issues in TestStand 2010 and National Instruments recommends the patch for all installations of TestStand 2010. The TestStand 2010 f1 Patch is available and can be installed from NI Update Service.

Is the f1 patch included in the 2011 Q2 release of Dev Suite?

No, patches are not included in Dev Suite releases. F1 Patches are, however, made available through Update Service.
