Previous ability to modify sequence at runtime

I recently updated some Test Executive software we received from another company to TestStand. In the Test Exec version, I recall that if I logged in as Admin or Developer (I think), I had the ability to modify the sequence during runtime. In particular, I could turn off a precondition for a particular test. It doesn't seem that I have this capability in TestStand - Am I correct in my understanding, or is there a way in TestStand to have this capability.

Its been a long time pasting since I last used the Old Test Exec version, so I cannot really comment on its abilities.

But you can modify the preconditions at runtime, by setting breakpoints, changing the values of the variables in the precondition expression, or changing the contents of the Steps precondition expression found that the lookup expression Step.TS.PreCond.
