Hi,

I tested this out and came across the same results.  The problem is that XML reporting has a lot of overhead, which is caused by how XML is generated.  Because of your sequence size, the best solution is to use HTML or Text reporting.  These have less overhead and should not cause the error.

Or maybe you could re-organise your sequence file, maybe split into multiple sequence file and / or unload sequences that are not used in your main loop section.
