How to terminate a parallel thread?

Hello,

I have written a sequence, that is starting a parallel new thread that executes a VI. The VI acts as a

monitor and displays different values during the test execution. How is it possible to terminate that

thread and close the VI, e.g. if the main sequence has finished?

I' ve solved my problem in the meanwhile. I suppose my way is very close to your solution.

Because I'm using LV7.1, I was not able to open your VI.
