How to modify serialNumber value

I'll be try to be more clear

How can I modify serialNumber by using C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\TestStand 2013\UserInterfaces\Full-Featured example.

Which serial number are you wanting to modify?  The one that gets entered in during execution?  Or a different one?

Usually to customize the serial number entry you would override the PreUUT callback from your client sequence file and then create your own custom dialog or pull it from a DB or something like that.  If you want to modify the serial number after the PreUUT you would need to do it inside the process model or gain access to the process model variables through some other means.
