How do I log Revision of my sequence file into the database ?

I am trying to log the revision of my sequence file into the database. I have created a Locals.Revision string variable which is updated using the property loader. How do I take this variable and put this in a column in the UUT_RESULT table of the database ? Thanks for the help in advance.
