FrontEndCallbacks sequence test report on TS launch

Solved!
Go to solution

We have two systems configured, in theory, the same. One has begun displaying the FrontEndCallbacks.seq test report upon startup. Not sure what happened to cause this but we need to stop this behavior before delivering the system. Any ideas what may have caused this and, more importantly, how to stop it?

Thanks!

Is it a full on report or is it just that it executed.  There is a difference.  I find it hard to believe you would get an HTML or XML report from the Front End Callback.

If you go into Station Options on that machine and on the Execution tab make sure that Trace into Separate Execution Callbacks is disabled and also that Trace into Entry Points is disabled.

Hope this helps,

Duh. Missed that one. Thank you so much. The Trace into Separate Execution Callbacks was enabled. And you were correct, it wasn't so much the report (it was blank) but it was showing the step execution. Back to running as expected. Wish I had had more time to learn TestStand before getting assigned to this project. Ah well....
