Error 59 (LabVIEW: The network is down, unreachable, or has been reset.) in TestStand

Error 59 (LabVIEW: The network is down, unreachable, or has been reset.) occurring at TCP Open Connection within a VI while communicating with an EtherNet IP adapter device, which is configured as a post step in a steptype In TestStand (Version 2013). Before this step another step is used to execute the command for setting the IP address, subnet, gateway using 'System Exec.vi".

Command:

"netsh interface ip set address name="Local Area Connection" static 192.168.15.150 255.255.255.0 0.0.0.0 1" command for setting the IP address, subnet, gateway using 'System Exec.vi".

This is a LabVIEW error. You're having a problem with the network components, nic, firewall, the remote device, etc. You might try getting it working in LabVIEW, then "porting" to TestSTand.
