Disable and Enable Report Logging programtically

Hi,

Is there any way to enable and disable the logging of results programatically ?  What I want to say is if I want the report to store the result of only some steps in a sequence how can I programatically do it. For Eg: If a particular step fails, I want to give an option to the operator using message box, whether he wants to log the results of that step or skip it !!!

You can make your own "Result Filtering Expression" in Report Options dialog box. You can set that express to check both Result.Status == "Failed" and a variable set by selecting the button of message box by the operator or even the message button's status itself.
