Unless you're willing to post the sequence file in question, no one will be able to answer your question. It is probably some step in the main sequence but it could be in a sequence file called by the main or even in an exe program. You should start by reading up on the basics of TestStand, taking the tutorial, trying the shipping examples, etc. and then you should be able to answer yourself. Open the sequence edit and load the sequence file. You can set a breakpoint at the very beginning of the main sequence file single step through it. Observe the power supply and when it gets programmed, you've found the step. Modify as necessary.
