Bug in TestStand Difference report?

I've noticed that when I look at the difference between two sequences, the step property "Record Results" seems to be reported incorrectly.
That is, when "Record results" is unchecked in the step properties dialog, it appears here as "True", and when it is checked in the dialog, it appears here as "False".
Related properties such as "Step Failure causes Sequence Failure" and "Ignore runtime errors" seem to be reported correctly.
Is this a bug, or am I misunderstanding a design feature?

You are correct, the language file has this defined in it and the text is inverted.  You can fix this by adding your own text to the <TestStand>\Components\User\Language\English\CustomStrings.ini file as shown below:
