Add a column in the sequence editor

Is it possible to add a column in the sequence editor? I would use this column for test numbers. I don't want to add the test numbers to the Step name unless I have to as it's not the cleanest solution.

The set of columns in the 3.5 sequence editor step list cannot be modified.

This might change in a future version of TestStand.

You might consider the comments or requirements columns. I believe you can add columns to the Operator interface. You'd have to embed your test numbers somewhere in the step so there would be something to show up in that column. That would most likely be a step property and that would require making custom step types that have a "test number" property. Or you could find some existing property (like ReportText) to (mis)use.
