-17003; An item could not be found in system registry.

I am trying to debug my sequence and I get the error code: -17003; An item could not be found in system registry, during certain steps. Under details it says: Parameter 'error out':
LabVIEW version '7.1.1' is not installed, however labview 7.1.1 IS installed on the computer?
Any ideas what is causing this error?

I am having this exact issue with labView 14.0. My regedit.exe file shows that I have 14.0 but still gives me the error. I have followed the steps outlined in the link above anyway and it still gives me this error message. Any ideas what else it could be???
