这个错误是因为RT系统启动部署时缺失库文件或者加载库文件失败导致的。

库文件加载失败原因有很多，而且就算把库文件重新添加进去可能也不能解决问题。建议你重装sbRIO 9636的RT系统，RT重装系统很快，10分钟就能完成。

在MAX里面远程系统下找到你的9636，右键选择格式化。格式化完成后展开9636，右键软件选择更改删除软件，此时把软件再重新装进去就可以了。
