THe MAX database exited abnormally

 got an Max database error message. "The MAX database exited abnormally. Visit ni.com/info and enter the infor code MAXTerminatedServiceERror if the problem persists."

 

I went to ni.com

, I followed step by step to solve problems. But it still does not work. When i boot system. It displays the same message. What do i do to solve this problems.
