NI Named One of the World’s Best Multinational Workplaces for Fourth Consecutive Year

The Great Place to Work® Institute has ranked NI among the top 25 multinational companies to work for in the world for the fourth consecutive year. NI has been on the “World’s Best Multinational Workplaces” list since the inaugural list in 2011, and this year’s list ranks NI at number 15. This honor is a testament to the strength of NI’s culture.

“NI employees share a vision for changing the world through our customers—scientists and engineers who are building systems that solve the world’s grand challenges, ” said Dr. James Truchard, CEO, president, and cofounder of NI. “By focusing on innovation to drive a common purpose of making scientists and engineers more productive, NI employees enjoy rewarding careers with the opportunity to see how their work is helping to make a difference for many important society needs. NI stakeholders—customers, employees, shareholders, and partners—have all benefited from the success of NI’s long-term focus. NI has been able to create long-term exciting, purposeful careers around the globe in over fifty countries.”

To qualify for this award, companies must have been selected for at least five national Great Place to Work® lists, have at least 5,000 employees worldwide, and count at least 40 percent of their global workforce outside of the company’s home country. The Great Place to Work® Institute recognized NI branches including the US, China, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the UK, and Switzerland.

“NI’s culture and our employees are our greatest and most sustainable long-term competitive advantage,” said Mark Finger, vice president of human resources at NI. “This recognition affirms our 100 year plan and our commitment to investing in our employees and our future.”
