looking for a Ultiboard programmer that can draw a simple board

The link doesn't seem to open, I doubt anyone is just going to "draw" up a PCB.  It takes a lot of time and effort.  Why can't you do it?

I'm a contract engineer and I could do this, though since I'm a full design engineering service provider it might be cheaper if you found a layout specialist rather than pay my rates.  Let me know if you are in a bind and need it done.
